Welcome to the Professional's Shop at Worsley Golf Club. My name is Andrew Cory and I am the Head PGA Professional. My team and I are here to offer you the full range of services available when you arrive at Worsley, from meeting and greeting, golf equipment, lessons and prize tables.

We stock all major brands at the lowest possible price and can even match any genuine price. Custom fitting options are also available free of charge using Callaway’s Optifit Bag, Titleist’s Surefit Bag, and Ping Custom Fit, Custom Built Technology. With such a wide variety of products being tailored to your individual needs, we can be sure to get the right equipment for you, and get your game up to PAR!
Adult Golf Lessons
PGA Professional Andrew Cory is here to help you with your game, whatever the problem. With everyone learning in their own individual way, we have developed a wide range of packages to suit anyone's learning style. Whether you want to work on your driving, irons, chipping, bunker play, or putting, or a course of lessons, by choosing the package best suited to you, we can work together to achieve your goal.
Adult lessons are available from £20.
Video analysis using the latest Casio high speeds camera and V1 system are used when needed as part of lessons at no extra cost. Gift Vouchers can be made for any occasion and tailored to suit your needs and budget, to make the ideal gift. These can either be picked up from the shop or can be posted or email out free of charge.
Junior Golf Lessons
To give juniors the best possible start to their golfing careers, group lessons are run using a combination of a fundamentals movement warm up and 'The Golf Foundations' Junior Golf Passport Scheme. Each session contains a 15 minute warm up, with the remaining time split between all areas of golf (e.g. 20 min irons/woods, 20 min chipping/pitching, 20 min putting). Splitting lessons in this way stops anyone getting bored of just hitting balls, helps to develop skills in all areas of the game, and avoids anyone missing out on a particular skill (e.g. if week 3 is focused solely on chipping).
Age Range: 4-6 (separate sessions) & 6-13
Duration: 8 weeks (8 x 75 min sessions)
Cost: £70 (including balls, clubs and course material)
The Junior Golf Passport Scheme is a structured program that allows juniors to learn golf in a fun and safe environment. Every session is jam packed full of fun and exciting games and challenges which not only give measurable performance indicators, as well as enhancing knowledge of rules and etiquette, but also encourage team work, character development, and ultimately develop friendships vital for social development. Although sessions are run in a group format, this is not a 'one size fits all' method of coaching. The individual requirements of each junior are assessed and developed throughout the course. The Junior Golf Passport Scheme also has helps to identify areas which need improvement, through the different challenges performed each week.
